Shipped by air to France in empty bags, it is received and packaged by Louka, in charge of logistics, who sends it to you with the packaging you have purchased. Our pepper is rare, known only to a privileged few. It is still confidential, but we want as many individuals and chefs as possible to have access to this exceptional pepper, to these lost flavors brought back to honor by our long search for the right terroir and the oldest strains.
